1. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to use Quantivis OS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not continue using the app and uninstall it.

2. App Description and Features

Quantivis OS is an Android launcher application that provides a customizable home-screen experience, app discovery, supported widgets, shortcuts, themes, and optional utility features. It is not a replacement for the Android operating system. Feature availability depends on the device, Android version, permissions, and system restrictions.

3. Permissions and System Access

Some features may request access to app usage, notifications, location, calendar, microphone, or Android system settings. Quantivis can open the external camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Maps apps when you choose those shortcuts; it does not directly capture camera frames or read paired Bluetooth device data. Grant optional permissions only for features you use. You can manage or revoke permissions in Android Settings.

4. User Responsibilities and Security

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse it to violate another person’s rights, interfere with device security, or gain unauthorized access. You are responsible for your device, credentials, and any PIN, password, or pattern configured inside the app. The launcher lock is an app-level control and is not a substitute for Android’s device lock.

5. Third-Party Apps and Services

Android, installed applications, and external services are provided by their respective owners and may have separate terms and privacy policies. Quantivis OS does not control third-party availability, content, or practices.

6. Information and No Professional Advice

Widgets, forecasts, usage insights, and device information are provided for convenience and may be delayed, approximate, incomplete, or unavailable. Do not rely on them as the sole source for emergency, medical, safety, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

7. Availability, Updates, and Backups

Features may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued, and updates may affect compatibility. Keep backups of information you cannot afford to lose. Backup and restore features cover only the supported data described in the app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that all information will always be accurate or current. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, interruption, data loss, or damage arising from use of or inability to use the app. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

10. Changes and Contact

These terms may be revised when the app or applicable requirements change. When a material update requires renewed acceptance, the app may show this screen again. For support or legal questions, use the verified contact details published on the official app store listing or developer website.
